What are NRGZ Gummiez?
Six Sustained Release supplement gummies, one for every part of your day: Energy, Focus, Gut Health, Support, Recovery and Sleep.
When do I take each one?
Energy in the morning, Focus before the work that matters, Gut Health with lunch, Support around your workout, Recovery in the evening and Sleep before bed. Follow the directions on each label.
Can I take more than one?
Yes. They're made to stack across your day. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
What is Sustained Release?
Each gummy carries particles of different sizes. Small ones absorb quickly for a fast start. Larger ones release slowly so the effect lasts for hours instead of fading early.*
What's in them?
Each product page lists what's inside, and the full Supplement Facts panel is on every label.
Are they vegetarian or vegan?
It depends on the gummy. Sleep, for example, is sweetened with honey. Check each label for dietary details.
